Return & Refund Policy

Because Sinless Scoops is a perishable frozen product, we cannot accept physical returns once an order has shipped. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will work with you if there are issues with your delivery.

πŸ” Replacements or Store Credit

If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, please email sales@sinlessscoops.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

  • Once verified, we will issue either a replacement shipment or store credit, at our discretion.

  • Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may not qualify for replacement or credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • All ice cream and perishable food products

  • Gift cards and promotional items

Refunds are only offered in cases where a replacement or store credit is not possible.

  • If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
