All orders placed through sinlessscoops.com are processed in U.S. dollars and are subject to product availability. By completing checkout, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information to ensure your order can be fulfilled.

Customers who choose a subscription plan authorize Sinless Scoops to automatically bill the payment method on file at the selected delivery frequency. Subscription pricing, discounts, and shipping intervals are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • You may manage or update your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account.

  • Subscription orders are processed automatically on the date shown in your account.

❌ Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • To avoid being charged, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

  • Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or recalled.

🚫 Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)

Because Sinless Scoops is a perishable frozen product, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and prepared for shipment.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact sales@sinlessscoops.com immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.

If a subscription payment fails, the system will attempt to rebill your card. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment information is updated.
