Shipping Policy

We ship our high-protein, no-sugar-added ice cream nationwide so you can indulge without guilt, straight to your door. Please review the details below to understand how and when your order will ship, and how we keep your Sinless Scoops frozen until it reaches you.

🧊 Shipping Schedule

To guarantee frozen delivery, all orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday via UPS or FedEx 2-Day Air (or faster).

  • Orders placed after 3 PM ET Monday or Tuesday will ship the following day.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM ET on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

  • We do not ship Thursday–Sunday to avoid weekend delays in carrier facilities.

📦 Shipping Zones

  • We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses only.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses at this time.

❄️ Packaging & Handling

  • Every order is packed in a custom insulated shipping box with protective inserts.

  • Each shipment includes enough dry ice to keep your order frozen for the full transit window.

  • A standard $8 handling fee for dry ice and special packaging is included in the price of every shipment.

🔁 Tracking & Notifications

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier.

🧃 Shipping Guarantee

We work hard to ensure your ice cream arrives frozen. However, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events outside our control may occasionally occur.

  • If your order arrives melted or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@sinlessscoops.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

  • We will work with you to provide either a replacement order or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

  • If the shipping carried completed shipping in its required time and the package is left unattended in a mail room or front door step for an extended amount of time, we will not guarantee the package.
