Welcome to Sinless Scoops. By accessing or using our website sinlessscoops.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Conditions

  • All sales are processed in U.S. dollars.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

2. Product Information

  • Sinless Scoops produces perishable frozen goods. While we make every effort to display product descriptions, macros, and allergens accurately, we do not warrant that all details are error-free.

  • Products may vary slightly in flavor or appearance from images shown.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday via UPS or FedEx to ensure frozen delivery.

  • We only ship within the continental United States. No PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

5. Handling Fee

  • Each shipment includes an $8 handling charge to cover dry ice and specialized packaging. This fee is automatically included at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

  • If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at sales@sinlessscoops.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

  • Verified cases may qualify for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Subscriptions

  • If you opt into a subscription, you authorize Sinless Scoops to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the frequency selected.

  • You may cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, product names, and content on this site are property of Sinless Scoops and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sinless Scoops is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
