Shipping Information

We ship our high-protein, low-sugar ice cream nationwide to help you indulge without the guilt—right from the comfort of home. Please read the following carefully to understand how and when your order will ship, and how we ensure it arrives frozen and ready to enjoy.


🧊 Shipping Schedule

To ensure your order arrives frozen and safe, we only ship Monday through Wednesday using 2-day delivery (or faster) to ensure your ice cream arrives frozen and fresh, via USPS. Orders placed after 3 PM ET are processed the next eligible shipping day.

**Orders placed after 3 PM ET on Monday or Tuesday ship the next day.

**Orders placed after 3 PM ET on Wednesday ship the following Monday.

**All shipments are dropped off at USPS by 4:30 PM to maximize freezing time in transit.


📦 Shipping Zones

We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S. only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally at this time.


🍓 Packaging & Handling

Your order will arrive packed in an insulated box with enough dry ice to keep your ice cream frozen in transit. We use protective inserts to keep each pint secure and minimize the chance of melting or damage.


🔁 Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to USPS.


🧃 Shipping Guarantee

While we take every precaution to ensure your ice cream arrives frozen, shipping delays outside our control (such as weather or carrier disruptions) can occasionally occur.

**If your order arrives melted or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@sinlessscoops.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

**We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances.
